If you're looking at our Grenouille Collection area of the website, we do not currently offer customers the ability to purchase all our items through our online shop. This is because we have an agreement with our stockists that we won't sell our own in-season products online and compete with them. I DON'T LIVE IN A COUNTRY THAT YOU SHIP TO, WILL YOU DELIVER TO ME?
Our online shop currently only offers shipping to selected countries and we are trying to increase this list constantly, however if you're happy to call us +44 (0) 1202 760305 or drop us a message on our contact us page and we'll gladly investigate the cost of shipping to you.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
If for any reason the item you ordered is not correct, wrong size, not what you expected or undamaged, then please call us on +44 (0) 1202 760305 or use our contact us facility and we will gladly do whatever we can to sort the problem for you. Please note, we unfortunately do not currently offer free returns. Our full returns policy can be viewed here.
WHAT IF I WANT A REFUND?
Once we have received a returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that it has been received, along with either confirmation of a refund or the reasoning behind rejecting a refund request. Once a return is processed and an outcome is confirmed, we will initiate any necessary refund back to your payment card, or whichever method of payment was originally used.
